By using Local Pomona you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Directory information

Listings, hours, prices, weather, gas prices and deals are provided for general information and many are sample estimates. They may be incomplete or out of date — always confirm with the business. Google ratings are fetched from Google for signed-in visitors, attributed to Google and may change.

Trademarks and no endorsement

Business names, logos and trademarks shown on this site belong to their respective owners. Including a business in the directory does not mean that business endorses Local Pomona, or that we endorse the business. Photos marked "Representative photo" are stock images and do not show the actual business.

Accounts and business claims

You may claim a business only if you own it or are authorized to represent it. Each account may hold up to three claims. A claim that is not paired with a paid promotion within one hour is released automatically. We may remove any claim that appears inaccurate or unauthorized.

Paid promotions and automatic renewal

We offer two six-month promotions for claimed businesses: Six-Month Promotion for $100 once plus applicable tax, and the category-exclusive Pomona's Pick for $600 once plus applicable tax. Pomona's Pick is limited to one active business per category.

New six-month promotions are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. The promotion begins when payment is confirmed and ends six months later. Existing monthly subscriptions purchased under earlier terms continue under those terms until canceled or expired. We do not provide partial-term refunds except where required by law. Acceptable use

Don't submit false information, upload content you don't have rights to, attempt to disrupt the site, or scrape it at scale.

User submissions

When you submit photos or listing details, you confirm you have the right to do so and grant us a non-exclusive license to display them on Local Pomona.

Disclaimers & liability

The site is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
